Celebration of Life

Over 500 people gathered on September 21st to celebrate the life of Erich Sailer, legendary coach, mentor and father, whose guidance and passion left a lasting impact on generations of ski racers.

Family, friends, and the ski community will have the opportunity to pay their final respects to Matteo Franzoso at the Hogar de Cristo Funeral Agency in Independencia. The wake will be open from Wednesday, September 17, through Friday, September 19, each day from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Tiania Tutt Adams, a long-time Alpine Ski coach and former US Ski Team member. She left us on July 26, 2024, at her family home on Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs. Born in Michigan and raised in Colorado and Vermont, Tiania was a true skiing phenom from her earliest days at Ski Broadmoor, and her passion for the sport never waned.
