Killington World Cup GS tomorrow

The World Cup women are looking forward to starting their GS season tomorrow in Killington, VT. The first run is scheduled at 10:00 am eastern-7:00 am on the West coast. The second run will begin at 1:00 pm eastern and at 10:00 am on the West coast. 

It did rain today in Killington; however, the race will be excellent if temperatures provide a good freeze.

Eleven North American women are on the start list. The Stifel US Alpine Team is starting six women and Alpine Canada Alpin will start five. Reports are that the US women are skiing well, and if conditions cooperate, we could see many of them in the second run.

Hope for solidly frozen snow to give the athletes the best opportunity to be fast throughout the field.
