The 2022 Mount Hood Summer Ski Camps sessions have ended, and it was another successful season!

With over 45 years in operation, Mt Hood Summer Ski Camps is one of the longest-running camps on Oregon’s Mount Hood. Throughout the decades, they have learned a lot about providing valuable experiences to their athletes. This year they welcomed their first campers on June 5th and said goodbye to the last participants on August 20th. During the 2022 summer, they offered 11 exciting week long sessions! Once again, the camp’s athletes were excited to return and sad to leave.

Furthermore, Mount Hood Summer Ski Camps prides itself on providing quality staff and extensive use of video. The camp’s attitude is fun and enables you to become the best skier you can be! Using videos helps campers compare how they felt about their skiing with reality, while MHSSC staff provide a roadmap to improvement. They believe the best coaching comes from watching yourself with the expertise of the staff’s perspective.

While prioritizing an athlete’s energy for skiing, Mt Hood Summer Ski Camps is also well known for offering a variety of unlimited fun afternoon activities, such as rafting, windsurfing, mountain biking and rock-climbing to name a few.

MHSSC provided Ski Racing Media with fun content and we produced a video of a day with MHSSC. It will give you a little insight into their program and bring a smile. Who doesn’t love to see young people having fun and learning in their element?
