Levi Women’s Slalom Preview: Start List, Daily Program, and Key Storylines

The World Cup Olympic season opens Saturday in Levi, Finland. This preview provides the start list, daily program, and key storylines, and includes links to download both documents.

North American Spotlight

North America begins the Olympic season with both opportunities and setbacks. 2023 World Slalom Champion Laurence St-Germain will miss the opener due to a painful back, a significant loss for Canada on a slope where she has delivered consistent results. For the United States, Katie Hensien will not race after suffering an ankle injury. Even with those absences, Canada starts five athletes, and the United States brings a deep group of six.
