With spring pricing set to end April 16, Ikon Pass is entering the final stretch of its lowest rates for the 2026/27 season. This year’s update includes expanded Canadian access, with British Columbia’s SilverStar Mountain joining the pass lineup.
SilverStar Expands Ikon’s Canadian Footprint
For 26/27, SilverStar becomes the latest addition to the Ikon Pass network, further building out Alterra’s presence in Western Canada. The Okanagan-based resort offers 3,304 acres of terrain, 760 meters of vertical, and 133 runs across a mix of groomed and more technical skiing.
The mountain is known for its consistent natural snowfall and a layout that allows for quick laps, with frontside terrain catering to intermediates and backside zones offering steeper, more advanced lines. Its ski-in, ski-out village and typically lower skier traffic compared to some larger B.C. resorts add to its appeal as a destination option.
With the addition, Ikon continues to deepen its Canadian portfolio, which already includes Revelstoke, SkiBig3, Cypress, RED Mountain, Panorama, and Sun Peaks.
“We are thrilled to expand our access in Canada for Ikon Pass holders and welcome SilverStar to the Ikon Pass community,” said Matt Bowers, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Alterra Mountain Company.

SilverStar GM Herwig Demschar pointed to the resort’s combination of terrain variety and relative space as key draws for visiting skiers.
