The first men’s World Cup Slalom is three weeks away in Val d’lsere, France, on December 10th. With warm weather continuing to plague the central European Alps, where are many of the SL programs training? Kabdålis, Sweden, near the arctic circle, has become an annual early-season gathering place for many of the World’s best.

Thanks to Team Greece providing some great images, we can share a glimpse into the world of northern Sweden. The Swedish people welcomed the Austrians, Bulgarians, British, Greek, Croatians, Polish, Andorrans, Swiss and Norwegians SL skiers. As you can see, there is not a lot of natural snow but plenty of hard surfaces, which is perfect.
