The Georgian Peaks Club is hiring passionate, energetic, and athlete-focused Ski Coaches for the upcoming winter season.

Ski Coach Responsibilities

As a Ski Coach at Georgian Peaks, you will:

• Deliver safe, engaging, and effective on-snow training sessions
• Develop athletes’ skiing skills, confidence, racing tactics, and sportsmanship
• Provide individualized coaching and performance feedback
• Support athlete progression throughout the season
• Assist with races, training camps, and club events
• Create a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team environment
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and program leadership to achieve athlete development goals

Qualifications

Required

• Passion for skiing and athlete development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and dependable work ethic
• Experience in ski racing, ski instruction, coaching, or competitive sport

Preferred

• ACA, CSIA, or equivalent international coaching certifications
• Previous ski coaching or instructional experience
• Competitive alpine racing background
