The women return to the demanding Àliga course in Soldeu, Andorra, on Saturday, Feb. 28, for the next World Cup Super-G — and the field is loaded.
Below you’ll find a national team breakdown, updated Super-G podium context, and analysis of the contenders. Information on how and when to watch, along with the official downloadable start list and daily program, is also included in this article.
The discipline race remains tight. Five races have produced five different winners. And the Olympic champion returns to the same track where she has won before.

Contenders to Watch (Bib Order)
Several favorites start inside the first 15:
- Bib 8 🇳🇿 Alice Robinson (NZL, 2001)
- Bib 9 🇮🇹 Sofia Goggia (ITA, 1992, Atomic)
- Bib 10 🇮🇹 Federica Brignone (ITA, 1990)
- Bib 12 🇩🇪 Emma Aicher (GER, 2003, Head)
- Bib 13 🇨🇿 Ester Ledecká (CZE, 1995)
- Bib 14 🇳🇴 Kajsa Vickhoff Lie (NOR, 1998, Head)
- Bib 15 🇫🇷 Romane Miradoli (FRA, 1994)
Brignone returns to the Àliga course as Olympic champion after her comeback from a severe injury last April to win two gold medals at her home Games. Goggia continues to control the discipline standings. Robinson remains explosive. Aicher has already proven she can win when she pushes the limit cleanly.
Given this season’s distribution of winners and podiums, the most likely source of Saturday’s podium remains among this established group — but the margins are small.

The Àliga Course Test
The Àliga course demands strength through compression, efficient weight shifts over terrain rolls and the ability to carry speed across long transitions. Hesitation costs time. Small mistakes compound quickly.
With five different winners this winter and eight nations already represented on the podium, Saturday’s race remains wide open — but the athletes who manage the terrain most cleanly will separate themselves.
Course setter: Giovanni Feltrin (ITA)

Saturday’s super-G takes place on February 28th and begins at 4:15 a.m. ET / 1:15 a.m. PT. Fans in Great Britain can watch the race at 9:15
