Bethel, ME – ELITEAM, the long-time leader in training programs designed to inspire and educate junior athletes, is excited to announce a new partnership with Gould Academy. Starting in July 2025, ELITEAM’s renowned Summer Camps will be held at Gould Academy’s campus in Bethel, Maine, offering young athletes access to cutting-edge facilities, an exceptional learning environment, and tons of fun!
“I am excited to team up with Head Alpine Coach Parker Gray and the entire Gould staff to offer junior athletes the continued opportunity to learn, push their limits, and boost their performance!” said Doug Lewis, founder of ELITEAM.
“Gould Academy will be the new home of ELITEAM’s World Cup overnight camps, taking advantage of their extensive knowledge and incredible facilities. This will raise the levels of learning and fun, bringing ELITEAM to new heights.”
A Unique Experience for Young Athletes
ELITEAM camps are high-energy programs designed for junior athletes (ages 11–14) to push limits, learn new skills, and have fun. Committed to developing “complete” athletes, these camps emphasize Sports Physiology, Psychology, and Nutrition as essential building blocks for success.
Through innovative and traditional workouts, campers enhance strength, speed, power, balance, and agility while learning how these exercises enhance performance. They build essential mental skills to manage stress and anxiety. Also, they practice race-like scenarios and hone techniques like visualization, goal-setting, and positive self-talk to boost their confidence and mental strength.
Finally, the athletes dive into hands-on nutrition workshops that include baking healthy snacks and analyzing how food fuels performance.
These are action-packed camps, featuring obstacle courses, team-building games, strength training and adventure hikes. Of course, ELITEAM integrates signature activities such as “Crazy Relays” and the legendary “Sufferfest” workouts!
By the end of the World Cup sessions, athletes are equipped with practical tools to excel not only in sports, but also in school and life. Each camper takes home an ELITEAM Notebook to reinforce their learning and inspire continued growth and success!
A Proven Recipe for Success
In 2025, ELITEAM has eight ELITEAM alums on the US Ski & Snowboard Team, including World Cup winners Mikaela Shiffrin and Lauren Macuga, X-Games medalist Grace Henderson, and Moguls A-teamer Alli Macuga.
ELITEAMers are also competing at the highest levels in NCAA and USCSA Championships!

This partnership opens exciting new opportunities for ELITEAM campers. Gould Academy’s state-of-the-art athletic facilities include a high-performance gym, expansive sports fields, indoor and outdoor trampolines, and extensive mountain biking and hiking trails.
Campers will also benefit from Gould’s premium dormitories, dining hall, classrooms, and theater. These accommodations are perfect for supporting ELITEAM’s diverse programming, including nutrition workshops, guest speakers, and mental skills training.
