The Propheski Fantasy Game

Have you ever played in a fantasy football league or basketball league? Fantasy leagues have been a part of bringing spectators together for friendly competition in various sports. Now, the ski racing community and enthusiasts have a fantasy league platform of their own. I know we are excited too!

The Propheski Fantasy Game, created by ski racer Tristan Lane, is a platform where players can build a team to score World Cup points or predict the top five finishers of World Cup races. This game is a fun, free way to stay engaged in World Cup racing, follow how ski racers are doing, talk about ski racing with other enthusiasts, root for your favorite athletes, and compete against your friends. New modes and head-to-head competition have made this fantasy game more engaging than ever before.

Two Modes of Play

When looking at the two “modes”, or  types of games on the Propheski Fantasy Game, you have to ask yourself, “Are you an all-in spectator that watches every single World Cup race, or are you in love with ski racing, but only watch a few races or a few of your favorite athletes in the World Cup?”

Don’t worry; there is a game mode for both! This season, there are two types of play that a player can engage with: Prediction Mode and Team Management.

Other Exciting Aspects of Propheski

Head-to-head matchups are a new addition to the game. These matchups allow friendly competition to get even more personal. As a player, you will get paired up with another player in your league and whoever scores the most points will take the victory.

Further, You do not need to create a league with others to play. Your scores will automatically go onto the public leaderboard, so you can play amongst the Propheski community. However, if you decide to create a league with your peers, at the end of the season, there will be playoffs and a league champion for both modes. So, the better you do, the higher the bragging rights!

This season there is a new app that is live in the Apple App Store as well as the Google Play Store for Android. It is accessible both on the website and in the app.

With the World Cup starting just around the next gate, on October 28th, it is time to pick how you want to buckle in and play!

Rewind to How It All Began

In the ski town of Aspen, Colorado, Tristan Lane was raised in a family where the legacy of racing coursed through his veins. From the age of 7, Lane embraced the exhilarating world of ski racing, a passion kindled during a racing camp that became a lifelong commitment.

Amidst challenges, Lane found inspiration in the relentless pursuit of improvement. Each obstacle was an opportunity, and each fear was a challenge to conquer. The vulnerability in ski racing and the pulse-pounding competition became not just a sport, but a way of life.

As Lane’s ski racing journey blossomed, a vision took root to share the thrill of the sport with the world. Amidst his pursuit of a professional skiing career, Lane noticed a void in the ski racing community: a lack of an engaging, consistently played fantasy ski racing game. It was this realization that sowed the seeds for Propheski, a game designed to engage the passionate ski racing community like never before.

Lane’s dream has extended beyond merely creating a game. It is about fostering camaraderie among ski racing enthusiasts. Through Propheski, Lane aims to bridge the gap between the passion for skiing and the joy of friendly competition by uniting skiers from all walks of life under the banner of friendly competition.

With boundless passion and a mind brimming with creativity, Lane is on a mission to revolutionize the world of fantasy sports, one ski race at a time.
