To be the day chief executive of the organization, accountable to all constituents including program participants, their parents, program directors, coaches, staff, donors, the community, and ultimately the Board of Directors. Responsible for the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization. Partner with the chair to enable the Board to fulfill it's governance function maintaining the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. • extensive budgeting&planning experience
• 8+ years managing an organization and staff
• proven fund raising experience or skills
• superior organizational&attention to detail skills
• tried and true negotiation experience
• exceptional interpersonal & writing skills
• ski experience, not expert but "talk the talk"
