Cody Marshall, SYNC Performance’s President and Chief Revenue Officer, combines his World Cup racing experience with his financial expertise. After retiring from ski racing in 2009, he worked at a private equity firm, where he learned how to build and grow small businesses. Cody now applies his background to help SYNC innovate and deliver high-performance products for the ski racing community.
“I am excited to combine my passion for the ski industry with my knowledge and experience helping small businesses reach their next stage of development,” said Marshall. “I am thrilled to join SYNC Performance and contribute to a brand that genuinely prioritizes the needs of ski racers.”
Drew Roberts: From Athlete to Custom Sales Manager
Joining Marshall is Drew Roberts, whose tenure with the U.S. Ski Team, collegiate racing background and over ten years of experience working in the ski industry have equipped him with deep insights into the needs of SYNC’s customers. As the custom sales manager, Roberts will use his experience to help ski teams find the right gear for their needs.
“For 90% of my life, I have been absorbing different perspectives as an athlete, coach, and now professional. My experiences have provided me with a great deal of understanding and creative thinking relating to the needs of athletes and coaches,” stated Roberts. “I can use my experience to guide our teams in selecting the perfect uniforms based on the specific needs of their members. I am focused on minimizing the effort and alleviating the stress of selecting apparel for clubs so they can apply more of their energy on the many other variables our sport offers.”

Molly Stahler: Custom Program Operations Manager
Adding to the team’s expertise, industry veteran Molly Stahler brings decades of experience, focusing on sales and marketing operations, strategic partnerships, and account management. Her extensive outdoor and ski industry background will provide an unparalleled experience for SYNC’s athletes and ski clubs nationwide.
“I have worked in almost every area of the product life cycle,” said Stahler. “I am excited to leverage my unique and diverse skill set to help the brand grow and connect with even more athletes and ski clubs across the country.” Stahler is a Holderness School alpine ski program alum and a recent Futurist Project Leadership Academy graduate.
