Three big names sign with Salomon
Swiss skier and two-time Olympic Gold medalist, Michelle Gisin has signed a contract with Salomon. Gisin had previously skied on Rossignol.
Gisin has 20 World Cup podiums, including one individual victory. Gisin has been the gold medalist in the Alpine Combined in the last two Olympics. And in addition, she has two world championship medals in the Alpine Combined event
Mathieu Faivre of France has joined Gisin as an athlete with the Salomon race program. Faivre is transferring from the HEAD race program.
Faivre has 10 World Cup Podiums, 2 victories, an Olympic GS medal from Beijing, and Faivre is the reigning GS World Champion.
New Zealand star Alice Robinson was the first to sign parting ways with Völkl this spring to join Salomon.
The 20 year old will turn 21 in December but already has 3 World Cup victories amongst her 5 GS podiums.
